How To Conduct Interview

Hi Dear all
Pleae gudie me how to conduct a interviews with large no. of people. what are the fomalities have to be followed while conducting the interview.
There will be 4 seniors panel will be sitting for interview who will take the interview of candidates.
Do i have to give CV's copy to each one or only one copy is sufficient ?
plesae help me i am doing this first time.

Ans: Answer to your question It's not necessary to give each one a copy. As per your example also if 4 members are there in the Interview Panel one will the main Interviewer.
