In our company, while calculating wages, 26 days for monthly is taken for monthly wages. However, for OT calculation, 31/30 days is being taken. I feel that for OT also, calculationg should be on working days and not on Month days. Kindly clarify.

I had never worked on Statutory compliances. PF & ESI.In an interview the interviewer asked me these questions can you please help me to get the answers.
1. How many speciman signatures required to fill the PF form (total number of signatures of the employee)
2. What is the validity of the ESIC card, when the card needs to be renewed validity is for one year? two year? or morethan that?
3. What is the colour of the PF form
4. What is the colour of the ESIC form
5. If I will submit the ESIC form online then what other documents required to collect the ESIC cards from ESIC office for each and every employee.
