Software To Prepare Location Map

Any one knows the software to be used for preparing location map.
I haev to prepare location map of our office whc\ich could be used in communication with outside office.

If I were you, I would have drawn it neatly on a piece of paper and scanned it as a jpeg file.

I would say you can download the map from google maps entering your office address. And then sketch it on a plain sheet of paper or draw it using MS word. Not sure any software can draw maps however they can only guide you with the directions.
Try http://maps.google.com/ and just type in your office address in the search bar.
