Dear All,

I believe all HR professionals should read the book "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" by Robin Sharma. Not only is it a great read, but it is also applicable to most HR functions. I would greatly appreciate it if everyone could share their views after reading the book.

Hi Swastik,

You are right! It's definitely worth reading for all the HR professionals. The 7-step visualization for life can help develop anybody. Small training sessions should be conducted in our companies to assist our associates in gaining enlightenment through this epic.

I'm currently reading "The Greatness Guide" by Robin Sharma these days.

Let's look forward to the movie adaptation of the book, which will help us and our friends gain more insights.

Dear all,

This book is not only to be read but also to be practiced simultaneously. It was a great experience for me to go through the book and accommodate the 7 ways into my own life. The effectiveness of any training program lies in how far one internalizes the principles and puts them into practice.

Thanks for the introduction, Swastic.

Regards,
Gervase Thomas
