Can anyone suggest me how to make an aptitude test for candidates applying in an IT firm..
How much weightage should be given to mathematics, reasoning, english and please suggest if any more fields need to be added ..

Verbal Ability & Communication Skills - 30 Marks
Numerical Ability - 25 Marks
Logical Reasoning & Creative Problem Solving - 25 Marks
Personality Traits - 20 Marks
Total of 100.

I have been trying to find the solution for the above query. I have tried and opened all the links and leads given in the answers but unfortunately nothing worked. Kindly let me know how can i find what kind of weightage should be given to various aptitudes for a job in IT firm.
