According to my experience candidate's feedback form will vary from organization to organization. I remember once I was interviewed by India's second largest digital marketing company's HR head. He asked me about the inetreview process orally and how I felt about the entire interviewing process that had took more than 8 hours. He had clarified each and every point to me precisely. He took me around the organization gave me time to ask other staff about the working enviornment, gave me LUNCH as well :icon1:. And all the feedback he took was oral.
So I suppose this will depend on organization. Each has a different method of interviewing, evaluating, etc etc
I did a lot of search, but unfortunately my searching skills failed this time :(.
