Could someone please share with me a template for a candidate feedback form that is provided to candidates after an interview, regarding their overall experience with the organization and the recruitment process?

According to my experience, candidates' feedback forms will vary from organization to organization. I remember once I was interviewed by India's second largest digital marketing company's HR head. He asked me about the interview process orally and how I felt about the entire interviewing process that had taken more than 8 hours. He clarified each and every point to me precisely. He took me around the organization, gave me time to ask other staff about the working environment, and even provided lunch. All the feedback he collected was oral.

So, I suppose this will depend on the organization. Each has a different method of interviewing, evaluating, etc.

I did a lot of searching, but unfortunately, my searching skills failed this time.
