5. After completing the above analysis, you should be able to identify useful welfare programs as identified by employees for the organization.
6. Develop an action plan to execute them, including the budget.
7. Convince the management of its importance and how it will affect employee morale and performance.

- Welfare activities are nothing but motivating employees.
- Do an employee survey first with a questionnaire.
- Define problems from your employee survey.
- Convert problems into welfare activities.

For example, in the XYZ industry, employees have transportation problems. In this case, form a transport committee and find a solution by sitting with management representatives and employee representatives. Like this, for every problem, you can develop one welfare activity based on the industry.
