Understanding Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model: How Does It Simplify Learning Assessment?

After developing a PowerPoint presentation on Bloom's Taxonomy and the ADDIE model, the next natural progression was Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model. Fairly simple. Once we grasp it, we will realize that we already know the concept, and the model puts things into perspective.
