Hi friends,

This is Anoop Kumar. I am working in the (U.P) Government Department for the past 4 years, and approximately 50 people are already working there for the past 10 years. The Department also provides a 30-day payment every month, but this month, January 2013, only 26 days' payment was given, with 4 days deducted for Sundays. Additionally, the Department has mentioned job cuts, so please provide me with some related Labor law G.O and any other relevant knowledge to help us secure our jobs.
