Can My Brother Get a PF Loan for a Plot in Our Mom's Name? Seeking Advice on the Process

My brother is in the Government Department and has been working there for the last 7 years. Now, he wants to take a loan against PF (Provident Fund) for the purchase of a plot in my mother's name. My mother is a pensioner. Now, my question is whether he will get the loan if he is purchasing the plot in my mother's name (brother is married). What will be the procedure? Please recommend.

As you mentioned that your brother is a government servant, for government employees, General Provident Fund (GPF) is applicable. Ask your brother to consult his office people for this purpose.

As an employee, can I take or withdraw some amount of my PF for personal reasons or property dealings? The employee is currently employed.
