HRMS - Adrenalin - Seeking information from existing users of the HRMS

Hi, We are negotiating with Proquest Solutions for the Polaris Software - Adrenalin. From the Demo that was given to us, Adrenalin caters to most of our needs.
Seeking information from existing users of the HRMS - Adrenalin wrt - performance, bugs, promptness of service, etc. Would also like to know what are other HRM systems that we can consider... Hoping for prompt feedback.

My Suggestion is that do not take payroll function in HRMS as most of them are not customisable.
Payroll and PF and Compliance etc best outsourced to specialised companies.

You SHOULD check out other softwares. We did evaluate Adrenalin. I will not be able to give more details about our study (courtsey NDA). But bottom line is, check the market once again for other products.

If you haven't decided yet, I want you to take a glance at our product nTireHRMS from SunSmart. It is web-based, user friendly and has all functionalities. Please go through the product profile for more information.

It used to be good but their support and implementation now is not so good. The biggest issue with them would be scalability issues and upgrades. Be careful.
