Considering Adrenalin HRMS? Share Your Experiences and Alternatives Here

We are currently in negotiations with Proquest Solutions for the Polaris Software - Adrenalin. Based on the demo that was presented to us, Adrenalin seems to meet most of our requirements. We are interested in hearing from existing users of the HRMS - Adrenalin regarding its performance, any bugs experienced, the promptness of service, and other relevant information. Additionally, we would appreciate suggestions on other HRM systems that we should consider.

My suggestion is that you do not include the payroll function in HRMS, as most of them are not customizable. Payroll, PF, compliance, etc., are best outsourced to specialized companies.

You should check out other software options. We did evaluate Adrenalin. I will not be able to provide more details about our study (courtesy NDA). But the bottom line is, please revisit the market to explore other products.

It used to be good, but their support and implementation now are not so good. The biggest issue with them would be scalability problems and upgrades. Be careful.

We have implemented Adrenalin in our company (GEPIL) for both HRMS and Payroll. Adrenalin is a fantastic system, and we are very happy with this product. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact me.
