As following persons raised a common question reg a leave policy in MNC.
This is for kind information to everyone is that very such a companies/ organisation are followed in a proper manner and balanced leave plocy otherwise they defind accordingly their company structure and benefits. HR is playing a vital role in any organisation and he/she makes a rule, regulation and policies, so every policy depends on hr and oranization also. As per my best of knowledge normally leaves categories in EL(Earned Leave), Casual Leave(CL), maternity leave, paternity leave. 9-10 EL and approx.12CL is being followed.
