it no matter how may days are there in a month .
when u are not paying 1 day extra in the month of 31 day then you dont have rit to deduct 1 day salary and calculate it by 29 days
.
fix it 30 day 12 months formula
as we have done

As per my knowledge salary will be calculated 100% for every month inspite of 28,29,30,or 31 days.
Only thing is if there is any deduction for the particular month then it will be calculated as follows,
If February = Salary per month - (Salary/29)* no of days for deduction
If 30 days = Salary per month - (Salary/30)* no of days for deduction
If 31 days = Salary per month - (Salary/31)* no of days for deduction
If i am wrong correct me.

I read a lot of person saying 30 days formula is right.
But I am confuse
If I take leave of the hole month of Fab then company will pay me 2 day salery??????

{Salery/30*28(Leaves)} -Salery= 2 Day salery still We are geting:icon6:
{10000/30*28 (Leaves)} -10000= 667 Rs. Still You Get
(With out working 2 day salery Hurreeeee):):):):)

as if a man worked for 24 days and his salary per month is 5000/- then the calculation shall be 5000/28*24
we shall calculate it on the base of the days of the month..
in any month days are 30 then devide it by 30 and if 31 then devide it by 31 days..

salary calculated as per related month day if any28/29/30/31 only fix salary, otherwise other employee salary calculated 26 day
