Zen Stories for the Workplace: How Have They Inspired Your Team?

neha.training
Here are Zen stories that I used in my organization as posters for people to read and emailers. You may use them the way you like! In a training program or whatever! :)

Hi Neha,

I have always loved Zen Stories. Many of them end nowhere and pose a big question mark, prompting you to find the true solution to the problems raised in the stories. They are wonderful short stories capable of providing instant inspiration.

Thanks for sharing them.

Hi Neha,

Good collection - Thanks - I will try to add some items to your collection from the ones that I have. You may want to check out slide 9 on the lady's worries - maybe that should read "on rainy days." Once again, good job and thanks.

The thing which has a name is not the real Tao... i.e., something which has a name and form is not the almighty.

Hi Neha,

The stories were very insightful. I usually wind up my sessions with stories such as these. Thanks to you, I will be able to share more of these tidbits.

Hey, awesome findings Neha, thanks! I'd use it for my training sessions. By the way, do you have more of the same? You know, humans are greedy :)

Nice ones... Does someone have a story or a real-life depiction of Stakeholder Management? I'm preparing for a session on this topic and would love to frame the content around an interesting, easy-to-relate story.
