This is in reference to your appointment letter dated XYZ. We wish to inform you that your services have been transferred to HR XYZ department/unit with effect from XYZ. You will report to Mr. XYZ. All other terms and conditions stipulated in the above appointment letter will remain the same.

Kindly get in touch with the HR department for completing all other formalities relating to your transfer.
