(2) FMLA administration?
(3) HIPAA administration?

Hi Manga Vaiphei
I would appreciate that you have gone through all the elements. Even I had a doubt in these terms and what I have searched and observed through my search these terms would be describes as foolws:
FMLA - Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
HIPPA -Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
MVR - Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) or Driving Records (MVR)
I have also forwared my query in this regard. If I get the confirmation in this regard. I will definately let you know.
I would say, by these elements of HR we can conceptualise the role of HRM.

Hi
Good post. But this is an american version. And this is more of Administartion than HRD If you go through the complete list, you will notice regular jobs that are to be carried out.
It does not include training need identification, training, development etc.
This is HR administration You can look at this list more closely and make some modifications for Indian Context

Very much appreciate the distinctive data expounded , and would suggest that it would be much better to utilize the full title of the articles instead of Abbreviations that not well known sometimes despite that the readers presumes to be most professionally in such field, but again it is most preferable the usage of the original statement words to be applicable.
Once again, very much obliged to your great & distinctive efforts which is informative, well done, and very much appreciated.
With the best of wishes towards more progress and success

Thanks Manishadham,
My wife is considering getting into HR. This will probably frighten her, but it's excellent info. :-)
And since we don't have an HR dept, I might have to take on the role (though it's not my primary duty). So both way's this is very good.
Thanks.
