Is Casual Leave a Must for Both Factory Workers and Office Staff in FMCG? Seeking Advice!

Hi, I work in an FMCG company in Rajasthan, Jodhpur and have been asked to design leave policies for factory workers and office staff.

Kindly let me know if casual leave is mandatory for both these categories of staff. I would appreciate an early response.

Casual leave is not mandatory. Only earned leave, i.e., PL, is mandatory. If the management decides, they can give otherwise not mandatory.
