Iam looking out for information on Shops & Establishment License . Our company is being take over by another company. I want to know what exactly will be the procedure from here on and how to go about it . Can you please send me the appropriate information as per my query.

What exactly is your query, if your company has been taken over by another company, then r u asking for new shop act & establishment license? If your former company was having shop act & establishment license then surrender the same and file in an application for new license..
if you can plz. let me know your exact requirement then it would be better.
