Hi Pradeep,

Under the Shop and Establishment Act, Form F and Form H need to be maintained. Under the BOCW Act, these forms are not mentioned. Kindly ensure the maintenance of other required documents such as the register of building workers, register of medical examinations, register of beneficiaries, etc.
