I've been conducting Exit Interviews in the current organisation and as well as for our clients. There are certain generic questions like -
What is the reason of you leaving the Organization?
What do you like the most about the about Organization?
Are you well compensated in the organization?
Whether or not your superiors are supportive? etc.
I need to ask that while taking Exit Interviews what should be the ideal approach of the HR. It should be inclined towards getting the positive/negative things about the company or it should have individualistic approach.
