I would need help in creating some vision/mission statements for my training team. Can anyone help me with how we can create it? I mean, what are the things that we need to keep in mind while creating a Vision and Mission Statement?

Vision is a statement that is vivid and inspiring, typically spanning a period of around 10 to 25 years. It may surpass what is considered achievable by normal human standards. The essence of a vision encompasses concerns for society as well as substantial personal growth.

Mission, on the other hand, is a statement that complements your vision statement and is usually set for a timeframe of 1 to 5 years. It serves as a means to attain your ultimate goal, which is your Vision.
