My boss ask me to draft a letter for sales person regarding his incentive plans, his expences not more then certain amount, etc could you plz provide me the formal language for the same i am not gitting any idea for it .So plz help me out its urgent

You have to prepare a Master Tour Plan and a Fare Chart for your territory and get approved by Your HoD. Your Monthly Tour Plan shall be based on the Master Tour Plan only.

I am from telecom Indusrty I have my own company Z-Tronics India,my company is working as a vendor with more thatn 5 mobile service providing company in India i.e. Airtel,Tata Indicom,Idea,Vodaphone,Reliance, our company is providing following services,
1) Annual Maintanance Contract For Mobile Network Towers.
2) Installation Of New Mobile Network Towers.
3) Repairing Of Existing Mobile Network Towers.
4) Bts Installation.
5) Antena Installation. etc.
