15, 00, 001 - 20, 00, 000 3%

One of the parameters to pass the incentives would be the cost involved in achieving the above results. Hence, your expenses on field work shall be contented as below:
Work Allowances: Local - 200 Ex-station - 300 Outstation - 800 (boarding & lodging)
Filed work plan: total working days- 25 local - 15 ex stations - 10 outstations - 5
Other expenses ( phones, couriers, fax, email etc) Rs 1000 per month.
You have to prepare a Master Tour Plan and a Fare Chart for your territory and get approved by Your HoD. Your Monthly Tour Plan shall be based on the Master Tour Plan only.
