Need Help Designing a Group Discussion Evaluation Sheet – Any Sample Templates?

Can anybody help me out in designing an evaluation sheet for a group discussion? Kindly send me a sample sheet if possible.

Hi! Though I am new to this forum, it seems that I can help you. You have to measure the competencies required for the given job position or any position for that matter. Like measuring "breadth of awareness" as one of the competencies, you have to check whether an individual is aware and well-informed of his surroundings and has the skills to relate it to the current topic of discussion.

So, this is how you can measure various skills of individuals. You can make a matrix also with all the required competencies on one side and also specify the scale of measurement. Hope it'll be of some help to you.
