Hi Ravi,
I have gone through your CV, a nice effort on your part. You've some good engineering and HR qualifications as well as adequate work-related background. But if you really need an interview call from a mature organization, then this CV won't help you to get one...unless and until you give it a professional look.
Frankly speaking, your current CV didn't click me. There are several reasons, such as it's very long (4 pages), the objective is obscured, you must not include your college profile (sounds you are dong advertisement for them), professional experience doesn't explain your exact job title and on-job achievements, company information must not be mentioned in the CV, your professional qualification should not be included under the title of personal information, and finally your actitivities are wandering here and there...!
If you don't want all this to be noticed by any potential employer, then you must think to re-design your CV. If you need any further help, please do not hesitate to contact me. I shall be glad to guide you in preparing your CV, which I believe will take you to the interview table. :)
Sincerely,
