but tell me onething, what is the job security of the HRs in the IR industries in the current scenario.
can you pls reply me certain following things :
1. How to tackle a situation where a subordinate had done mistake and i have to support him / her as a boss of the concerned in front of the Mgmt.?
2. If any employee leaves the organisation stating a lame excuse that HR / policies of the company is not right so quitting the job, what shd be HR reaction for it?
