Hi Konig
Engineering resumes are quite different from traditional resumes. You want to make sure
that what you use is appropriate. Be sure to include a good statement of your intentions,
a very content rich summary which will give the reader a clear picture of what you can do
in 20 seconds and a chronology. Also make sure that you customize the resume for the job
you are applying for. You may chose to do it yourself or if you are not good at writing
you may consider a professional service. But make sure they know how to create a
good engineering resume.
Finally a good and short cover letter is key. The cover letter should get the reader interested
in you enough to read the resume. Most readers will make a decision to spend time on you
within 15 seconds so the cover letter is very important.
Best of luck to you.
