Comprehensive Insights on HR Security Policy, Information Security, and Security Agency Engagement

Hi guys,

One question! From an Information Security (ISMS) point of view, what are the points that go into the making of an HR Security Policy? Could you please provide headings and sub-headings? What kind of report/document control is exercised in this policy?

If anyone has a policy, could you please email it to me or paste it in the downloads section?

Security Policy


· Company maintains liberal policy with regard to employee use and access to Office.
· Company issues ID card to all its employees. All employees are supposed to wear it while they are in the office premises.
· Any visitor who comes to visit any employee for personal purposes are not allowed inside premises.
· Similarly any visitor who comes on official reason can be allowed inside after registering himself in the visitors register.
· Similarly if any visitor have to be allowed into the work place then prior permission have to be sought from concern manager, Administration.
· Visitors will be given a badge and they should wear it while they are inside the office premises and return the same while leaving the office.
· All visitors should be escorted while they are in the office premises.
· Employees are not supposed to takeout any material belonging to Company.
· Any materials entering inside the office premises has to registered in security register with proper seal.
· All personal belonging have to be declared in the security before entering into the office premises.
· Materials for official purpose can be used only on a written permission from the concerned Manager. This include any document / Books/ Journals/ CDs / floppy/ Electronic items.

Hello everyone,

I am serving in the security service along with administration. My company has asked me to develop a network to obtain updated information, and I am currently preparing a policy for this purpose. If anyone has a similar policy, please help me out. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance.

No, I mean security guard policy. We recruit guards by outsourcing and need a policy for that. The policy will detail SOP, recruiting procedures, rates, and other facilities.
