Understanding MLWF Obligations: Do Labor Laws Apply to Our Managerial Team in Mumbai?

I am a Manager in a Non-Banking Finance Company. We have about 30 employees working in our Mumbai office. Almost 100% of them are in managerial cadre. Are we supposed to pay MLWF? Do labor laws apply to us?

I am working in a construction company. In the regional office, nobody is below the supervisory level. However, in the project office, many employees are below the supervisory cadre. We have taken Workers' Compensation (WC) policy and Contractor's All Risk policy (CAR Policy) for them. Please suggest if it is applicable to my industry.
