Leave Structure - Hr Structures - Doc Download

I am prachi. I work with Canditi foods pvt. ltd, New Delhi as HR Executive. Mine is a new organization and we wanna develop a leave structure. Please help me in designing an ideal leave structure that is beneficial both the employees and the company. We are presently open six days a week and there are no saturdays.
