Designing a Fair Leave Structure for a New Company: How Can We Balance Employee Needs and Business Goals?

Hi Prachi,

I am Prachi. I work with Canditi Foods Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi as an HR Executive. Ours is a new organization, and we want to develop a leave structure. Please help me in designing an ideal leave structure that is beneficial for both the employees and the company. Currently, we are open six days a week, and there are no Saturdays.
