New to HR? Seeking Guidance on Creating a Comprehensive HR Policy Handbook

Hello friends,

I'm a new member of this community. I was just searching for my summer project, wherein I have to consolidate the HR policies at various plants of my company and create a consolidated HR manual. I have taken HR majors with marketing minors.

I just don't know what the HR manual is all about and how one goes about designing the policy handbook. If someone has experience and has drafted one, please help me out in this regard.
