Additionally, what courses would add value to me, considering that I have completed my MBA in HR and I am currently working as an HR executive? I am looking to progress further and enhance my skills to achieve more in less time. I consider this site's membership as a crucial source of information for myself as an HR professional. Adnan, I really appreciate your guidance. I do not intend to go abroad for further studies, and I don't have enough financial backup. However, I would like to remain here and do something.
