I have just started out as a soft skills trainer. I have to conduct a soft skills training session for approximately 40 young students. I am looking for visuals and activities that can assist me in becoming an effective trainer.

I have noticed many posts and replies in this thread, but no materials have been shared so far. If anyone could kindly send materials on training and grooming for students of business schools and engineering colleges on soft skills to help them with corporate placements, particularly focusing on communication and functional grammar, it would be greatly appreciated.
