Dear All,

This is Gopal Krishna, working as a lecturer in an Engineering college. My qualifications include ME (Mechanical) and MBA (HR). I have now registered for a Ph.D. in HR.

I need suggestions on where to start and which important journals are useful. Kindly help me.
