I have just joined this forum and I am finding it extremely helpful for my projects and gaining more information on HR. I am a postgraduate student of corporate communications and I have to conduct research on the following topic:

Changing Trends in Employee Communication: Case Studies of Corporate India

I would be extremely grateful if I could get to know from where I can get some genuine case studies? Some advice on how to pursue this research? What kind of books to follow? My seniors advised that to begin with, I need to differentiate between traditional and contemporary employee communication.

You could try to do a search on Google with "employee communication" or "corporate communication" to see if it fetches you the desired results. Most MNCs have structured communications managers, so you may want to approach some of these firms and talk to the managers as well. I am sure they will be able to assist you.
