I am working as a MIS Executive and generates the MIS reports in Excel sheet . as per my knowledge u want to calculate the incentive ,if incentive is slab wise then i would suggest u use If formula in excel sheet .

Not sure if you want to generate a calculation sheet for Incentive or a Target / Actuals MIS report which will show the progress towards achieving incentive milestone.
