I am working as a MIS Executive and generate the MIS reports in Excel sheets. As per my knowledge, if you want to calculate the incentive based on slabs, I would suggest using the IF formula in Excel.

Not sure if you want to generate a calculation sheet for Incentive or a Target/Actuals MIS report, which will show the progress towards achieving incentive milestones.
