Hi,
I want to prepare a questionnaire for the employees to know the exact reason they want to leave the company. i saw some questions earlier on the site but now m not able to find them. Can someone please post them for me again.

There are free to download "Retention Interviews" available (in word and pdf format) on the net. You will find them in google.

Interview method is the best method that you can have the reasons for why the employees are leaving.. instead of a quetionare..

as one of our frnd said exit interview/outside counselling is the best way to find out the reason for leaving

Employees leaving any organisation will have issues specific to that organization. However, I am attaching a very broad based questionnaire which you can use for your company after suitable modifcations.
