Kindly send your resumes to local placement firms like Mafoi, S T Shah, TeamLease, etc. Search for them on Google; you will find a whole list along with their contact details.
Also, search on Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, etc., for HR-related jobs in the locations of your interest.
I have been doing whatever is possible and have already approached the consultants mentioned. I have also emailed them my CV. Sometimes, profiles are suitable, but sometimes the location (remote) or compensation is not matching with my current remuneration. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. I am trying all my contacts as well, but waiting for the right opportunity.
