ORIENTATION:
• Orientation comes after the Induction is completed.
• Orientation is for a longer duration and is carried on for a day or two.
• Orientation provides a practical overview of the company, introducing an employee to different people within the organization. This helps the employee become more familiar with everyone, giving them an idea of the kind of company they will be working for and generating a level of comfort within the organization.
• The purpose of Orientation is to orient the employee to formally place them in the system.
