Supporting a Deceased Employee's Family: What Benefits Are Legally Required?

patroap
Dear Friends and Seniors,

One of our employees died 15 days ago. Please advise on the benefits we can provide from the company or others as per the law. He passed away due to natural causes at the government military hospital. I am a personnel officer for a pig iron manufacturing plant in Karnataka.

Please reply to the above query.

Regards,

Whenever there is a natural death, set a target date and settle everything within 10 days.
