Conducting Exit Interviews for Young Team Members: How Do I Make It Meaningful?

I recently joined a Company Secretaries firm as HR, and I have to conduct exit interviews for two young outgoing members. Can anyone help in this regard?

I see Exit Interviews are more important for any company. It gives a chance to evaluate the organization. However, it should be conducted through a third party.
