Attached is the attendance sheet in Excel. This is not my own work. I have just made some essential changes in this sheet, which was posted earlier on Cite HR. I hope this attendance sheet will fulfill your requirements. Not only can you calculate the attendance for each month, but you can also track the leave records for each employee. You can modify it according to your organization's policy.

Dear Mr. Rajesh,

Can you please help me by providing some samples of memos or letters regarding the company's rules and regulations, such as those related to leave, dress code, and attendance? I am experiencing difficulties with my seniors as they are taking a month to offer their opinions. Therefore, I would like to send them a memo instead of visiting them. I hope you can understand my situation.

Can anyone help me with how to edit the month column in Sheet 2, i.e., from 1st January 2008 to 31st January 2008? Please do help me.

Hi,

Thank you for the attendance sheet. I noticed there are four entries under CTC - Basic, HRA, Con., and Total. Could you please clarify what "Co." stands for?

This is an excellent format and very useful. Thanks for providing this format. In the current organization where I am working, the leave balance records were not properly maintained by the previous HRs. The attendance entries are made in Tally, but there is no proper system for attendance. This will help me streamline things.

It's great work. If you add an In Time and Out Time column to that sheet, it will be very easy to calculate. Please provide those types of formats.
