Designing Effective Job Descriptions for Shipping & Logistics: Any Format Suggestions?

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to design a format that shall include all parameters to highlight the job description (job profile) for the employees of my company. I work for a shipping & logistics company. Can anybody help with some good formats?
