I am a new member to this site and am really impressed by the way knowledge is shared here. I have to prepare a calendar of Themes and Events for the year in my company. Can anyone help me with the theme of the month, any games, or any activity that can be conducted in the company? The idea behind it is to motivate and improve the performance of the employees.
