Hi, all! This is Yukti here. For downloading - if you just click on the file, there will be an open new page for downloading. After completion of that downloading, you just go back to the page and click again on the same file. It opens a "save as" dialogue box. Now, you can save your file wherever you want.

Sometimes, I also faced the same problem, but I found this solution. So, do that.
