Hi,
In our company what we do is that, for employees travelling on site abroad, we make them sign a bond for the probable period in which they will be with the particular location. (for eg. 6 months)
The same bond/ contract which is used for employees on bond is been used for this purpose also.

Thanks a lot fo your valuable inputs.Infact this will help me to great extent.Could you tell me that this format is for which company is it for ABC only that are into HR consulting practice.
Also I have one query , can we include a clause of service committment in the same i.e. if an employee is travelling onsite for 6 months than he must work with us for atleast a period of 1 year after coming back.
If you have any such format having that clause please share with me.

This format was used for my previous organization. I would not like to disclose the name of that company.
About adding the clause as per your company policy should not be a problem. Request seniors of this site if they can put some light on this.
