'Role Of HR In IT Sector' - Questionnaire

Dear all,
I am a student of Masters of HRM. I'm doin a research on 'Role of HR in IT sector'.
I want some help designing the questionnaire. can you please help me on any of the following parameters:
1. How to strenghen HRM sub-systems with reference to needs of the IT Sector
2. What kind of Organizatonal culture should an HR promote in an IT Company
3. Demands & expectations of the IT Sector from HR professionals in time to come.
Please keep me posted if you can advice me or provide some material on matching the above criteria. Or even simply the HR practices in an IT Sector, esp. a request to those working with an IT Company.
Its urgent. Please help me.

Hi,
reading what you have outlined seems that ypu have put several disciplines together, which is not good for a research report. HR practices in IT sector is different to Identifying appropriate culture to be pratcice in IT organizations.
therefore you should focus on a specific area. Read literature and develop the research model. then you will be able to design th quaestionnaire.
