I am a student of Masters of HRM. I'm doing research on the 'Role of HR in the IT sector'. I want some help designing the questionnaire. Can you please help me with any of the following parameters:

1. How to strengthen HRM sub-systems with reference to the needs of the IT Sector
2. What kind of Organizational culture should HR promote in an IT Company
3. Demands and expectations of the IT Sector from HR professionals in the time to come.

Please keep me posted if you can advise me or provide some material on matching the above criteria. Or even simply the HR practices in the IT Sector, especially a request to those working with an IT Company.

After reviewing what you have outlined, it appears that you have combined several disciplines together, which is not ideal for a research report. HR practices in the IT sector differ from identifying the appropriate culture to be practiced in IT organizations. Therefore, you should focus on a specific area. Review the literature and develop the research model. Then, you will be able to design the questionnaire.
