When I organized an annual party, I had chosen a Hawaiian theme. Keeping a theme piques people's interest in the event. The party was vibrant with flower garlands and colorful attire. Moreover, when you incorporate games, ensure they promote interaction among the staff. We had prepared Hawaiian games to align with our chosen theme.
