15 Month Training In CS Course

Hi Everybody,
I have 3 yr n 10 month exp in a Pub Ltd. finance co as Sr.Officer Accounts and 2 years of Experience in a BPO. Can I get exemption from 15 month training of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
I have cleared III group of final course and for the rest 2 result is awaited
