Is there anybody to help me in earned leave calculation policy making rules and helpful tips needed to develop our ERP module? Conditions to be executed in the program.

Hi Raghavan,

Earned leaves and others are calculated on a pro-rata basis, i.e., after each length of service, they shall be credited to the employee's account accordingly. For example, if we have a structure of 18 earned leaves in a year, then after every month, 1.5 leaves will be credited to the employee's balance leave. I hope this information helps you to resolve your query.

Give me the Earned Leave Policy for a person working in an organization in Kerala. How is it accumulated yearly, and can encashments be provided to him? In case of resigning or terminating his service, what are the points to be noted?
