Can you please let me know the range of salary of HR Manager (Generalist) in an IT Company with the headcount of around 40-45 employees in Gurgaon.

It depends on experience,qualification and in which type of companies he/she has worked in past.it may vary from company to company but approx starting should be 25-30k pm.

Hi Anita,
It is tenatively around 5-7 lacs per annum, depending upon the institute passed out & last organization worked for.
Normally it depends from company to company.

The package wont b less than 4 lacs for a minimum...Still it would depend upon the company standards..
